My name is Monique Young, and I've ticked over 25 years (yikes!) as a marketer. My experience spans a range of industries including FMCG, events, Not-For-Profit, leisure, finance, healthcare, technology, and most recently the beauty industry with the launch of Young Body skincare.

I transitioned from 'marketing employee' to establish Cuore Marketing so I could work side-by-side with clients who value marketing as an integral part of their business growth, but may not have the time, inclination or budget to invest in-house.

If you’ve never invested in marketing before, we’ll first lay the foundations: clarifying your brand, defining your offer, identifying your ideal customers, and then running campaigns that attract, engage, and convert them.

Done properly, this takes time—at least a few months, and often longer if marketing is new or still developing in your business.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is flexible and based on the outcomes you’re aiming for, and the effort needed to achieve them.

I can quote per project, or for ongoing support we’ll agree on the workload and set a simple month‑to‑month fee.

There are no lock‑in contracts—you’re free to cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

 

Do you use AI?

Yes. I use AI as a tool to help speed up parts of my work for you. It doesn’t replace my thinking or experience—it simply helps me deliver the work you’re paying for more efficiently.

I was doing the thinking long before AI existed, and that hasn’t changed. My 25+ years of experience, judgment, and curiosity are a core part of what I bring, and that’s not something AI can replace.

When it’s useful, I use AI to help me get to an outcome faster. But every piece of output is reviewed, refined, and signed off by me before it reaches you.

Take this FAQ as an example. I wrote it myself without AI. It was originally 200 words long, but I knew a shorter version would save you time, so I used AI to help refine it and make the answer more direct.

What does Cuore mean?

“Cuore” is Italian for heart.

Every business has a heartbeat—a pulse that keeps it alive and allows it to flourish. Marketing is part of that heartbeat, helping your business grow stronger.

With a nod to my Italian heritage, that’s how Cuore Marketing got its name.
